From steel
to shipment.

Parts and hydraulics
01 / 10 Parts and hydraulics Boom sections, cylinders, frames and hydraulic parts are staged next to the assembly line.
Parts and welds
02 / 10 Parts and welds Boom sections, cylinders and hydraulic parts are checked in the workshop before and during assembly.
Assembly halls
03 / 10 Assembly halls Knuckle and telescopic booms are assembled in long rows under overhead cranes.
Load and function test
04 / 10 Load and function test The finished crane is mounted on the test bay and runs through lifting, slewing and outrigger functions under load.
Lift the crane onto the chassis
05 / 10 Lift the crane onto the chassis An overhead hoist holds the crane while it is placed on the truck frame in the workshop.
Fix the crane to the frame
06 / 10 Fix the crane to the frame Technicians work under the cab to secure the crane base to the chassis.
Check the finished truck

Line up the order

Wrap the crane

Load the container
