Truck Mounting & Export

From chassis to container

See how a BOB-LIFT crane is mounted on a truck chassis in our workshop, and how cranes are wrapped and loaded for export.

Mounting a crane on a truck chassis

4 steps

  1. Step 01

Lift the crane onto the chassis

An overhead hoist holds the crane while it is placed on the truck frame in the workshop.

  2. Step 02

Fix the crane to the frame

Technicians work under the cab to secure the crane base to the chassis.

  3. Step 03

    Fit the support frame

The support frame and its fittings are installed underneath the cargo body.

  4. Step 04

    Check the finished truck

The crane stands complete on the truck with its boom raised for inspection.

Packing and container loading

3 steps

  1. Step 01

    Line up the order

Every crane in an order is tested, set on its base or a pallet and lined up in the hall before packing.

  2. Step 02

    Wrap the crane

Cranes that ship without a chassis are wrapped in stretch film before they leave the workshop.

  3. Step 03

    Load the container

A hoist or a forklift moves each packed crane into the container.
