About our truck mounted cranes
A truck mounted crane is a hydraulic crane fitted to a truck chassis, so one vehicle can carry a load and lift it on site. Buyers use them to load and unload building materials, deliver goods and handle equipment where no fixed crane is available.
BOB-LIFT builds three types. Knuckle boom truck mounted cranes run from 1.6 t to 50 t, telescopic boom truck mounted cranes run from 2 t to 20 t, and pickup cranes lift 800 kg for light trucks. Cranes are made at our 37,000 m² base in Xuzhou, China, tested on our own test bay and exported to 120+ countries. BOB-LIFT holds a CE certificate for cranes under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates for truck-mounted crane production.
To choose, start with the heaviest load and the working radius you need, then pick the boom type. A knuckle boom folds away behind the cab, while a telescopic boom gives a straight reach. Check the load chart for your radius and make sure the chassis can carry the crane. Our Truck Mounting & Export page shows how we can mount the crane on your truck before shipping.
About our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes
A knuckle boom truck mounted crane folds its boom at a joint, so it packs into a small space behind the cab while the truck drives. On site it unfolds to reach over the truck body and place loads, which suits building materials, deliveries and municipal work.
BOB-LIFT offers knuckle boom cranes in 18 capacity classes from 1.6 t to 50 t: 1.6, 2, 3.2, 4, 4.6, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 28, 30, 34, 40 and 50 t. Several classes come in more than one version, such as the SQ8ZA4 and SQ8ZA5 at 8 t, or the SQ6.3ZA3, SQ6.3ZA4 and BLZ129K4 at 6.3 t. The 28 t to 50 t classes are the heaviest knuckle boom cranes in our current catalogue.
Match the crane to the truck first. A larger crane needs more mounting space and a stronger chassis, so tell us the truck you plan to use. Then read the load chart for each candidate model at your real working radius, not only at the shortest reach. Where two versions share a capacity, compare their charts and dimension drawings. If you need a straight boom instead, compare our telescopic boom truck mounted cranes.
About our telescopic boom truck mounted cranes
A telescopic boom truck mounted crane uses a straight boom made of sections that slide out of each other. It gives a direct reach from the truck bed to the ground or a nearby site, and it is common in construction, logistics and municipal work.
BOB-LIFT offers telescopic boom cranes in 11 capacity classes from 2 t to 20 t: 2, 3.2, 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 20 t. Model codes include the SQ3.2SA3, SQ5SA3, SQ6.3SA3, SQ8SA4, SQ10SA5, SQ12SA5 and SQ14SA4. Each crane is tested on our test bay in Xuzhou before it ships.
Pick the model by load and radius together. A crane's rated capacity applies at short reach and falls as the boom extends, so read the load chart for the radius you need. Then check that the mounting space and the crane's weight suit your truck, and send us the chassis details with your inquiry. If your truck body is short or you need the crane to fold away, compare our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes.
About our marine cranes
A marine crane is a hydraulic crane mounted on a vessel deck or in a port to lift cargo, equipment and supplies between ship and shore. BOB-LIFT builds marine cranes with knuckle and telescopic booms.
Our knuckle boom marine cranes run from 0.8 t to 25 t, and our telescopic boom marine cranes run from 2 t to 20 t. Each crane is mounted on a deck-style test stand in our Xuzhou factory and runs every boom and slewing motion before release. Our ISO 9001 quality management certificate covers marine crane production, and we export to 120+ countries.
To choose, start with the load, the outreach you need beyond the ship's side and the free space on deck. A knuckle boom folds away to save deck space, while a telescopic boom gives a straight reach. Read the load chart at your working radius, then check that your deck structure can carry the crane. Send us the vessel details with your inquiry so our engineers can recommend a model.
About our knuckle boom marine cranes
A knuckle boom marine crane has a folding boom that tucks into a compact position on deck when it is not in use. It suits vessels with little free deck space and is used to move cargo, stores and equipment between ship and shore.
BOB-LIFT offers knuckle boom marine cranes in 14 capacity classes from 0.8 t to 25 t: 0.8, 1.6, 2, 3.2, 4, 4.6, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20 and 25 t. Many classes have more than one model, such as the SQ8ZA4T, SQ8ZA4TJ and SQ8ZA5TJ at 8 t, or the SQ12ZA4T and SQ12ZA5T at 12 t. Before release, each crane runs every boom and slewing motion on a deck-style test stand in Xuzhou.
When you compare models, start with the load and the outreach you need over the ship's side, and read the load chart at that radius. Then check that the deck can carry the crane and that your vessel can supply the hydraulic power it needs. Where several models share a capacity, ask us which one fits your deck. For a straight boom, compare our telescopic boom marine cranes.
About our telescopic boom marine cranes
A telescopic boom marine crane extends a straight boom in sections to reach from the deck to the quay or another vessel. It is a simple choice for regular lifts of cargo and equipment where a direct reach matters more than folding away.
BOB-LIFT offers telescopic boom marine cranes in 10 capacity classes from 2 t to 20 t: 2, 3.2, 4, 5, 6.3, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 t. Model codes include the SQ3.2SA3T, SQ5SA3T, SQ6.3SA3T, SQ8SA4T, SQ10SA5T and SQ12SA5T. Each crane runs every boom and slewing motion on a deck-style test stand in Xuzhou before release, and our ISO 9001 certificate covers marine crane production.
Size the crane from the heaviest load at the longest outreach, not from the rated capacity alone. Read the load chart for that radius, then check that your deck can carry the crane and that the vessel's hydraulic supply suits it. If deck space is tight and the boom must fold away, compare our knuckle boom marine cranes.
About our pickup cranes
A pickup crane is a small hydraulic crane built to fit in the bed of a pickup truck. It lifts loads on and off the truck without extra equipment on site, which helps in deliveries, farm work and small construction jobs.
BOB-LIFT offers an 800 kg pickup crane in two versions: one with outriggers and one without. The version with outriggers adds legs that support the truck during a lift, while the version without outriggers keeps the setup simpler for light, routine lifts. Both are built in our Xuzhou factory and are part of our truck mounted crane range.
Choose the version with outriggers if you lift close to 800 kg or often work on soft or uneven ground. Choose the version without outriggers if your loads are light and you work on firm ground. In both cases, check your pickup's payload rating, since the crane's own weight counts against it, and read the load chart at the reach you need. For heavier loads, see our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes, which start at 1.6 t.
About our forklift fly jib cranes
A forklift fly jib crane is a crane attachment that mounts on a forklift. It turns the forklift into a small mobile crane for lifting awkward loads in warehouses, yards and workshops, or placing them higher than the forks can reach.
BOB-LIFT offers five forklift fly jib cranes, rated at 2.3 t, 2.5 t, 3.5 t, 4.9 t and 7 t. They are supplied by BOB-LIFT, a crane manufacturer based in Xuzhou, China, that exports to 120+ countries.
Start with your forklift, because the jib and its load must stay within what the forklift can carry, so check the forklift's rated capacity and load center before you pick a size. Confirm that the forklift's hydraulic supply suits the jib, and read the load chart for the jib at the reach and height you need. Send us your forklift model with your inquiry so we can confirm the match. For lifting from a truck instead, see our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes.
About our aerial work platforms
An aerial work platform lifts workers and their tools to a safe working position at height. BOB-LIFT's aerial work platforms are truck mounted, so the platform travels on its own chassis and is ready to work when it arrives on site.
Our range sits in the truck mounted aerial work platform category, with five working heights: 18 m, 28 m, 30 m, 35 m and 40 m. Typical jobs for this type of platform include building maintenance, street lighting, power line repair, signage and facade work. The platforms are built at our 37,000 m² factory in Xuzhou, China, which exports to 120+ countries.
Choose by the highest point you need to reach and how far the platform must reach out from the truck, for example over a sidewalk or a fence. Leave a margin above the work point so the crew is not working at the platform's limit. Then send us the chassis you prefer and the job details. Our truck mounted aerial work platform page lists each model.
About our truck tail lift
A tail lift is a powered platform at the back of a truck that raises goods from the ground to the cargo floor and lowers them back down. It cuts manual handling on delivery rounds, which suits city logistics and parcel, food and drinks delivery.
BOB-LIFT, a crane manufacturer based in Xuzhou, China, offers one truck tail lift in its product range. It is fitted to the rear of the truck body, so the right configuration depends on the truck and body you use.
To choose, check the heaviest single load you move, including any pallet truck or trolley that rides on the platform, and ask us for the rated capacity of the lift. Measure the height of your cargo floor and the width of the rear opening, and tell us the truck model so we can confirm the fit. If you also need to lift loads beyond the tail of the truck, see our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes.
About our spider cranes
A spider crane is a compact crane that stands on several outrigger legs instead of a truck. It is built for narrow or awkward work areas, indoors or outdoors, where a truck crane cannot drive in or set up.
BOB-LIFT offers two spider cranes: a knuckle boom version and a telescopic boom version. The knuckle boom version can reach over or around obstacles, while the telescopic version gives a straight, direct reach. Both are built in our Xuzhou factory, which exports to 120+ countries. Spider cranes of this type are typically used for glass and panel installation, building maintenance and lifting inside halls or courtyards.
To get the right setup, tell us the heaviest load, the working radius and height, and the narrowest doorway, corridor or lift the crane must pass through. Check the ground where the legs will stand, and read the load chart for the radius you need. If the site has truck access, compare our truck mounted cranes as well.
About our truck mounted aerial work platforms
A truck mounted aerial work platform is a work basket on a boom, fitted directly to a truck chassis. The truck drives to the job, the boom lifts the crew, and the same truck then moves on to the next site without needing a separate transport vehicle or trailer.
BOB-LIFT offers five truck mounted aerial work platforms with working heights of 18 m, 28 m, 30 m, 35 m and 40 m. Lower working heights generally suit jobs such as street lights and shop signs, while the 35 m and 40 m models are intended for taller facades and structures, and all five are built in our Xuzhou factory.
Start with the working height and the outreach you need from where the truck can park. A city street job may need more side reach than work beside an open wall. Then tell us which chassis you plan to use or want us to supply, and our sales team will go through the options. For lifting loads rather than people, see our truck mounted cranes.
About our timber cranes
A timber crane is a hydraulic loader with a grapple instead of a hook. It picks up logs and other loose material and places them on a truck or trailer, which makes it a practical choice for forestry, farm and yard work.
BOB-LIFT offers six timber cranes: the SL70, SL150-2A, ZT120Z-2A, ZT160Z-2A, ZM65 and ZM75. The ZM65 has a 7,600 mm arm and the ZM75 has a 7,667 mm arm. BOB-LIFT is a crane manufacturer based in Xuzhou, China, with a 37,000 m² manufacturing base.
To choose, start with the material and the reach: measure how far the grapple must travel from the crane's base to the far side of the load bed, and compare that with the arm length of each model. Then pick a grapple for the material you handle and check that your truck can carry the crane and supply its hydraulic power. Send us the truck details with your inquiry. For lifting with a hook, see our knuckle boom truck mounted cranes.
About our other cranes
Our other cranes are BOB-LIFT machines built for jobs that a standard truck or marine crane does not cover. This section groups special-purpose truck cranes with two families of their own: spider cranes and timber cranes.
Directly in this section you will find a 2.45 t garbage crane and a 5.15 t tow truck crane. Our spider cranes come in a knuckle boom and a telescopic boom version for work in tight spaces. Our timber cranes include the SL70, SL150-2A, ZT120Z-2A and ZT160Z-2A, plus the ZM65 and ZM75 with arm lengths of 7,600 mm and 7,667 mm. BOB-LIFT is a crane manufacturer based in Xuzhou, China.
Choose by the job. For waste collection or vehicle recovery, look at the garbage crane or the tow truck crane and tell us the truck it will go on. For work inside buildings or on tight sites, look at the spider cranes, and for loading logs and loose material, look at the timber cranes. For general lifting from a truck, see our truck mounted cranes.
